How it Works
Here’s the process if you’d like to order some delicious goldenwest bread! Holly bakes and delivers 2 days a week. Once you submit your order Holly will respond with her earliest deliver date. If you prefer a specific delivery please add a note to your order form and she will try and accommodate you the best she can!

Meet the Baker
A simple mother & wife just mastering the ropes of the sourdough game and having a whole lot of fun while doing it! Holly Jones, a local Ojai native, has been baking artisan sourdoughs in her home kitchen since she graduated culinary school in Santa Barbara. She is happy to share her love of baking artisan breads with friends, family, and this rad little community she was born and raised in.

What makes sourdough so unique?
The time, love, and care put into every loaf. No two loaves taste or look exactly the same. The sweet and tangy aroma, and easily digestible thanks to the long and slow fermentation process. Baking artisan sourdough bread is definitely a craft!
